Distance walked in 6 minutes.

Although used children with SMA HMSN and myasthenia gravis
There is no data on reliability/validity

 

Can wear usual orthotics and use walking aids
Child sets own pace
Oxygen and saturation monitor should be available

Straight level stretch of floor (30m is suggested length) with pylon/cone at each end. Marking Stopwatch.
