Purpose
To evaluate quality of life and functional treatment effects in daily activity and care giving as well as care activities, effective use of equipment, and discomfort.
A scale/questionnaire that can be used to document changes in patients whose abnormal, high muscle tone is interfering with QoL/ and/ or function.
