Questionnaire short (12 questions) or long (37 questions) Completed by child or parent or both.
Can be used in tandem with the KIDSCREEN to compare DISABKIDS data with epidemiological reference data
12-item short-forms (DCGM-12), 6-item Smiley versions (for children aged 4-7 years) and 7 condition-specific modules (asthma, arthritis, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, dermatitis, diabetes, and epilepsy) exist
