An extension to the GMFM-66 to assess advanced motor skills. Also useful as an outcome measure Children 6-18 yrs with cerebral palsy who walk/run independently and without assistive devices- GMFCS I/II

Key description

18-25 advanced skills, scored on a 5 point scale to measure speed and accuracy of gross motor skills typically needed for PEand sports. Focussing on speed, balance, coordination, integration of upper and lower limb movements, and dual task performance.
Inter-rater reliability 0.97. Test retest 0.94 Minimum detectable change 47
Children enjoy this test. Good for sports/PE situations
Testing area needs space for a 10 m runway with space at both ends

Training available via zoom for £100-£200 depending on number of delegates. Also in-person training for approx. £200
Should be scored by an evaluator who has experience with administering the GMFM-66, has taken the Challenge training course, and passed the Challenge criterion test.
