Key description

Description
From lying supine with palms touching mat to a standing position as quickly as possible and touching a designated spot on a wall not less than 30 cm from the mat. Repeated 3-5 times with rests in between if needed.
Levels of ability for use of arms (4 levels) to assist, trunk rotation (4 levels) and leg movement patterns(5 levels)

Strengths / weaknesses

Ability to complete 5 repetitions may be a problem for some with dystrophies
