Description
Wearing shoes but not orthotics the stairs are climbed, starting from the bottom step to the top, turn around and descend again. Any method is accepted. timing stops when the bottom step is reached again.
Reliability / validity
The TUDS has adequate reliability and validity in children with and without CP and appears to complement current clinical measures of functional mobility and balance.
